December 27 - January 1, 2025 Pickup: Airport
In response to an urgent call from our friends and neighbors in Cuba about the challenges faced following back to back hurricanes and an island wide power outage, Global Exchange invites you to join us for a New Year’s delegation where we will bring much needed humanitarian aid to the island.

On this meaningful journey, our days will be filled with unforgettable experiences where we hear from Cuban’s working in community projects, disaster relief, small business owners, converse with an economist, and many others to learn what their daily life is like and their hopes for the future.  During these visits we will also distribute much needed aid such as non-perishable food items, toiletries, medicines, clothing and more.  We’ll also enjoy the vibrant arts, music and culture, punctuated with a farewell dinner ringing in the new year and anniversary of the Cuban Revolution.

With so much uncertainty on the horizon for the United States and foreign policy, we implore everyone, new and past participants, to take action by helping the Cuban people while travel to Cuba is still possible!

Also, if you are interested in participating in a short 4 day humanitarian trip going to Havana through the month of January, please email Drea directly at drea@globaexchange.org. This is ideal for anyone including small faith, solidarity and community groups.
