On March 21, Havana will become the meeting point of movements from across the hemisphere as the Nuestra América Convoy arrives by air, land, and sea — delivering humanitarian aid and challenging the U.S. blockade of Cuba.
Global Exchange is mobilizing as part of this effort — sending shipments of critical humanitarian supplies timed to arrive with the Convoy and leading a solidarity delegation to stand on the ground as this hemispheric act of solidarity unfolds.
Join us March 18–23 and be part of this coordinated mobilization.
What This Delegation Is About
Across the hemisphere, we are organizing together to deliver much-needed humanitarian aid and stand in lasting solidarity with the Cuban people.
During this delegation, you will:
-
Take part in the historic Nuestra America Convoy, gathering across the Americas in Solidarity with the Cuban people.
-
Help distribute humanitarian supplies as part of the Convoy effort
-
Visit neighborhood clinics and meet with Cuban doctors to understand how sanctions impact patient care
-
Visit schools and community education programs to hear directly from educators
-
Learn from Cuban economists, community leaders, and community projects about daily life under the blockade
-
Visit food sovereignty and urban agriculture initiatives
-
Engage in dialogue about international solidarity
Why Now
Escalating sanctions have deepened shortages of fuel, trade, and essential goods across the island. Communities are facing mounting humanitarian strain.
As economic pressure intensifies, international solidarity matters.
For more than three decades, Global Exchange has organized delegations to Cuba rooted in relationship, respect, and people-to-people connection. This moment calls for that solidarity again.
