The rally before the Capitol Coal Action is happening now. It’s a little after 1pm here. It just started snowing again. Looks like about 2,000 here.
Lots of folks wearing green Power Shift hard hats. On the way here there were Power Shifters everywhere, headed for appointments with Senators and Members of Congress.
The crowd is actually making it warmer! A lesson there maybe.
