Today is Mother’s Day in Mexico, and we can think of no better message to share than this powerful statement of solidarity with the Mothers of the Disappeared:Across Mexico, thousands of mothers spend this day not in celebration, but in mourning — searching for their missing children, demanding answers, and holding a nation accountable. These courageous women have become symbols of unwavering love and resilience, turning their grief into a relentless pursuit of truth and justice.On this Mother’s Day, we stand with them. We honor their strength, we amplify their voices, and we commit to supporting their fight for answers. Their struggle is not just their own — it is a fight for human dignity, justice, and the right to know.
This weekend, people throughout Mexico will take to the streets to show their support for the Mothers of the Disappeared in their courageous struggle for truth and justice. We invite you to join these vital actions.
