Update: Effective June 9, 2022 The US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has reinstated the “people-to-people” category of legal travel to Cuba for group travel only. Other categories of legal travel to Cuba continue to remain in place. Global Exchange will continue to offer legal travel to the island.
